Our Dexter Brisket is a beautifully rich, full-flavoured cut that’s made for slow cooking.

Brisket is a hardworking muscle with plenty of connective tissue. Given plenty of time over a low heat, that breaks down to create wonderfully tender, juicy beef packed with flavour.

Perfect for slow roasting, braising, smoking or cooking low and slow until it’s beautifully soft.

Our beef is vacuum packed & our boxes are packed with a recycled wool insulation product and compostable ice packs. Our beef arrives to you chilled, everything is freezable
