ABOUT US <\/b><\/p>

Q: Who are we?<\/b><\/p>

\nWe are a group of Farmers that breed Dexter Cattle in Donegal and we're\npassionate about creating a market for our delicious Dexter Beef. <\/p>\n\n

Q: Where are our products processed?<\/b><\/p>\n

Our meat products are processed and packaged in Brendan Gallagher\u2019s\nquality butchers, Castlefinn, Co Donegal. From there they are boxed in our HSE\napproved distribution centre in Letterkenny and distributed nationwide via\ncourier<\/p>\n\n

Q: Regulations for processing?<\/b><\/p>\n\n

All our processes from start to finish are vetted and\napproved by the HSE, their strict guidelines must be adhered to. Our farms are\nalso Board Bia quality approved. <\/p>\n\n

Q: What is the group structure?<\/b><\/p>\n\n

We are a legally registered company. Our group is made up of\n30 farms\/Farmers with the intention of selling our products directly to the\nconsumer. The group is lead and organised by an executive committee made up of members,\nthese members are elected annually. <\/p>\n\n

PACKAGING & DELIVERY<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Q: How is the beef packaged for delivery?<\/b>

\nA: As per HSE guidelines, our beef is vacuum sealed for freshness and packed in\ninsulated boxes with ice packs to maintain the correct temperature during\ntransport.<\/p>\n\n

Q: How is the beef delivered nationwide?<\/b>

\nA: We deliver nationwide using the courier DPD, one of the few that specializes\nin food transport.<\/p>\n\n

Q: How long does delivery take?<\/b>

\nA: Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours once dispatched. You\u2019ll\nreceive tracking details and a follow up call once your order is on the way.<\/p>\n\n

Q: Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?<\/b>

\nA: Our products are perishable, so we recommend someone is available to receive\nand store them promptly.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Q: Is my payment information secure?<\/b>

\nA: Yes! Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and we process\npayments securely through Stripe, a trusted global payment provider.<\/p>\n\n

Q: What payment methods do you accept?<\/b>

\nA: We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe.<\/p>\n\n

Q: Can I pay on delivery?<\/b>

Q: How should I store my beef after delivery?<\/b>

\nA: Keep it in the fridge if you plan to use it within a few days. Otherwise,\nour vacuum-sealed packaging makes it perfect for freezing.<\/p>\n\n

Q: What\u2019s the best way to cook Dexter beef?<\/b>

\nA: Dexter beef is naturally tender and flavourful. For roasts and stews we\nrecommend cooking it slowly at lower temperatures to enhance its rich taste. For\nour premium steaks see our [Cooking Guide].<\/p>\n\n

Q: What if I have an issue with my order?<\/b>

Q: Can I return or exchange products?<\/b>
